Remco Evenepoel (🇧🇪 Soudal Quick-Step) stormed to a spectacular victory in Stage 5’s Individual Time Trial, delivering a blistering ride of 36’42” over 33.0 km, averaging 54.0 km/h and hitting a top speed of 76 km/h.
It’s the world champion’s second career Tour stage win, a year after his emphatic ITT triumph in Gevrey-Chambertin.
